Intelllex respects your concerns about privacy and takes your privacy seriously.
This Privacy Policy is meant to help you understand how INTELLLEX Holdings Private Limited ("INTELLLEX") handles and processes your personal information which may be subject to applicable data protection legislation, including the Personal Data Protection Act (No. 26 of 2012) of Singapore ("PDPA"). This Policy also describes your rights regarding your personal information (to the extent it is applicable to you). This is important and we hope that you will take the time to read it carefully.
For the purposes of this Policy, the term "process" includes any operation that is carried out in respect of personal data, including the collecting, storing, using, disclosing, transferring or deleting of personal data.
By using our website, products or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree and consent to INTELLLEX, as well as our service providers and third parties appointed by us, processing your data in the manner set forth in this Policy. This Policy applies to all Services offered by INTELLLEX, unless the Service has a separate privacy policy, which is not incorporated into this Policy.
Please note that our Services may contain links to other sites that are operated by third parties with different privacy and data protection practices. We have no control over and do not take any responsibility for these third party websites and their information handling and processing practices, and you are encouraged to review their privacy policies and terms that apply to them.
Information we collect from you
We may collect information to provide better services to all of our users, for example, to figure out which search result you will find more useful.
We collect and process personal information including:

Information which you give us. This may occur when you use our Services, attend a seminar or other event organized by us, or when you request that you be included in an email or other mailing list. Use of our Services requires you to sign up for an INTELLLEX account. When you do, we will ask for and process your personal data, such as your name, email address, and professional affiliations (including the company you work for, and your title or position) to store with your account.

This includes details of how you use our Services, such as your search queries, cookies that may uniquely identify your browser or your INTELLLEX account, and your internet protocol address.

How we use personal information collected from you
We use the information we collect from all of our Services to provide, maintain, protect and improve them, to develop new ones, and to protect INTELLLEX and our users. We also use this information to offer you tailored content, such as giving you more relevant search results and to provide information requested by you.
We may use the name you provide for your INTELLLEX account across all of our Services.
When you contact INTELLLEX, we keep a record of your communication to help solve any issues you might be facing. We may use your email address to inform you about our services, such as letting you know about upcoming changes or improvements.
We use information collected from cookies and other technologies, like pixel tags, to improve your user experience and the overall quality of our Services.
If you had previously requested to receive INTELLLEX's marketing communications materials and no longer wish to do so, you may unsubscribe at any time by emailing us at contact@intelllex.com or inform us through the unsubscription mechanism set out in those materials.
We will ask for your consent before using your personal information for a purpose other than those that are set out in this Privacy Policy.
INTELLLEX processes personal data on our servers in the Republic of Singapore. We may process your personal data on a server located outside the country where you live.
We may use information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, codes of practice or guidelines, policies, procedures, regulatory requirements (which may extend to know-your-client and related reviews) and directions issued by relevant authorities.
How long will you keep my information?
We will only keep your personal information for as long as we need to for a lawful purpose: whether because of the Services provided to you (and to allow for reasonable retention of records afterwards to reflect applicable legal requirements or limitation periods), or because we believe you still wish to hear from us.
We may also need to retain your personal information for a longer period if there is a legal claim or if we are required to so by any law or regulation.

Information security
We take the security of your personal information seriously and work hard to protect our users from unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of information we hold. In particular:

- We restrict access to personal information to INTELLLEX employees, contractors, representatives and agents who need to know that information in order to process it for us, and who are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations.
Your rights
You may have rights under applicable laws to have access to your personal information and to ask us to rectify, erase and restrict use of your personal information. You may also have rights to object to your personal information being used, to ask for the transfer of personal information you have made available to us and to withdraw consent to the use of your personal information. Subject to applicable law and regulations, and in accordance with INTELLLEX's policies:

These rights are not absolute and may not always apply in all cases.
In order to process your request, we reserve the right to use personal information previously obtained to verify your identity or take other actions that we believe are appropriate, subject to the requirements under applicable law. If we do not comply with your request (whether in whole or in part), we will provide you with our reasons for doing so.
Changes
We may from time to time update this Policy. Updates will be posted on our website. By continuing to interact with us, subject to applicable law, you agree to be bound by the prevailing terms of the Policy as so updated from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. We will post any privacy policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of privacy policy changes). We will also keep prior versions of this Privacy Policy in an archive for your review.
